Coordination Training

ThrowRunCatch

 

Throw the ball with both hands from the front of the body. After stepping in all rings catch the ball again.

Level: Gradually increase number of rings beginning from two or three rings.

30 sec Dribble (feet)

 

30 second slalom dribble of a ball with feet around the cones.

 

Result: Number of rounded cones

Rhythmic Run (hands/feet)

A special designed ring course needs to be done as fast as possible in the following matter:

Red: right foot, blue: left foot,

Other color: dribble-in the ball

Per wrong foot and wrong dribble a penalty of 2 seconds is given.

 

Result: Run time + penalty time

ThrowTurnCatch

A volleyball has to be thrown with both hands in front of the body upwards. After a full body rotation (360 degrees) the ball must be caught again within a circle of 1m.

Result: Successful challenge points

Ball catch (1 point), rotation (1 point), within 1m circle (1 point), 1x hand clapping (1 point),

3x hand clapping (1 point)
