Speed - Reaction Training

Rope Jumping

 

Jumping as many times as possible in one minute.

 

Result: Number of rope jumps in 1 min

Variation

Left and right jump, jump back and forward, crossing the legs, jump heel/toe, jump run, double hoop, cross jump

Plate Tapping

 

Place the non-dominant hand in the center. Tap as fast as possible with the other hand continuously to the left and right mark (circle).

 

Result: Time for 25 round trips (50 times)

Ball Reaction

Catch a volleyball after one bounce

• Optical signal: After the test leader releases the ball from hands (height 1.80 m)

• Ball can be caught with one hand or both hands.

 

Result: Distance the ball could successfully caught

Reaction Ball Catch

10 times catching the reaction ball.
